Arizona CD2 Candidate Chuck Wooten on National Defense Issues

When it comes to national defense issues, nobody beats this Arizona CD2 candidate. Chuck Wooten has a military heritage par excellence and a keen understanding of those people around the globe who don’t like us (the USA) very much.

Watching the video is a bit like listening to the old country hit song, “I’ve Been Everywhere”, where some of the lyrics go like this:

I’ve been everywhere, man
I’ve been everywhere, man
Across the deserts bare, man
I’ve breathed the mountain air, man
Of travel I’ve had my share, man
I’ve been everywhere

Been to Reno, Chicago, Fargo, Minnesota, Buffalo, Toronto, Winslow
Sarasota, Wichita, Tulsa, Ottawa, Oklahoma, Tampa, Panama
Mattawa, La Paloma, Bangor, Baltimore, Salvador, Amarillo, Tocopilla
Barranquilla, and Padilla, I’m a killer

What? You don’t see the similarity? Well, were the song to be converted for use by America’s enemies….

I lurk everywhere, man
I lurk everywhere, man
Across the deserts bare, man
I’ve breathed the mountain air, man
I’ll suicide bomb your hair, man
I lurk everywhere

Been to New York, Benghazi, D.C., Tucson, Boston, Pearl Harbor, down along the southern border, Oklahoma City, , Douglas, Nogales, Ashtabula, Port Bolivar, Fort Hood, Oakland, Langley, Salt Lake City, Denver, Baltimore, Irving, Raleigh, Baton Rouge, Montgomery, Shanksville, I’m a killer

Note: In every city named in that last “parody paragraph”–and more–Americans have died at the hands of our enemies. A list of Americans killed specifically by Islamic terror was found at

Hours after our government issued a travel warning to Americans about the Mexican border town of Nogales (which is not that far from our Arizona home), an Arizona man was found murdered under an overpass in Nogales. Douglas (Arizona) is mentioned in the song parody because of a deadly gunfight that spilled north over the border a while back.

Yep. We really do have enemies, folks–and it’s time to let Chuck Wooten discuss the matter in his own words.

It’s become painfully clear over the past several years that President Barack Obama truly does not understand national defense issues. Well, We the People can’t do much about that until the Presidential election of 2016–but we can elect Chuck Wooten to Congress and send him off to Washington to spread the word.

Shelley Kais is not an option; she appears to be less knowledgeable in the national defense area than even the President (and that’s saying something). Nor does Martha McSally look much better; her campaign website doesn’t even mention national defense! Hard to understand, McSally having flown the close air support A-10 Warthog in combat and all, but there it is.

Does Chuck Wooten mention national defense in his website, you ask? Why, yes. Yes he does. On his “Where I Stand” page, it states,

•I stand for a strong national defense and for keeping the US military as the greatest fighting force in the world.

President Ronal Reagan thought that way, too…and where did it get him? Ah, let’s see…oh yes. I remember. Iran laughed at President Carter but made sure to give back our hostages on the very day President Reagan was inaugurated. In the U.S.S.R., Gorbachev made the decision to tear down the Berlin wall.

Painful pincushion doormat through weakness or peace through strength. CD2 candidate Chuck Wooten gets the concept.

  1. Things will not change until congress get off their dead asses and do their job. The problem we have in Washington is no one wants to enforce the constitution.

  2. Thanks for the comment, Harry.

I wouldn’t quite say “no one” wants to enforce the Constitution–but you’re certainly 100% correct that the numbers are not (at this time) on our side. Which brings up the obvious point that things will not change until We the People get off OUR deceased donkeys and elect a whole lot more Congress critters who both can and will get the job done–like Chuck.

Hm…Mr. Wooten goes to Washington…that does have a ring to it, doesn’t it?
